This villa is modern, spacious and built using the highest quality materials. This bungalow-style building has an area of 90m2 on a plot of 300m2 and consists of a large living room with terrace overlooking a magnificent garden, two double bedrooms with large wardrobes, two bathrooms, a dining area, an open-plan kitchen with all appliances, parking facilitie and a great pool of 8m x 4m.
From the lounge, you enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the terrace garden, with the golf course and mountains in the background. This is the ideal place of to enjoy the peace, tranquillity and intimacy this place has to offer.
Overview of the hall and part of the terrace. Very comfortable, with design and decoration that convey openness and beauty. Included are a satellite LCD TV and IPOD docking station.
The broad terrace with direct access from the living room has a table for 6 diners and sofas, and is the ideal place for relaxing with family and friends, especially after a round of golf. The high quality designer furniture adds to the cosy atmosphere of this terrace.

The perfectly integrated kitchen and dining area, with all necessary appliances to ensure the best possible stay. The modern dining room table, made of steel and glass looks very inviting.
