These two large terraces are perfect for a pleasant evening with friends or family. The original furniture by the company "GREEN DESIGN" will make you feel at home as you enjoy the beautiful views and the fantastic private heated seawater swimming pool. Beautiful beaches are just five minutes away by car. Also, just five minutes walk away within the resort is the incredible Hotel Sheraton Golf & Spa, with all its fantastic services, details of which can be found on this website. A beautiful paradise to enjoy your holidays, where you can experience peace and tranquillity in comfort and privacy.
View of the fantastic living/dining room of the villa, with large patio doors. A satellite plasma screen TV and DVD player complete this spacious lounge/leisure area. Air-conditioning and heating are included in all rooms. A cloakroom, with marble floors is directly accessible from the terrace. Here you will find the best choice in good taste with modern decoration and elegant style, with endless attention to detail. The dining table seats up to eight people.

This modern spacious kitchen is well-designed and fully equipped with all necessary appliances. While being fully independent, the living room and dining area are directly accessible, as is the terrace. In addition to cooking, take-away and delivery services are provided by the clubhouse restaurant, just 200m away.
Here you can see the main bathroom, including a large shower, two wash basins, toilet and bidet. On the floor above, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with showers. These bathrooms, fitted out with large wardrobes, are spacious and allow in plenty of natural light.
