This exclusive and beautiful villa, situated on a plot of 800m2 has a spacious floor area of 280m2, giving a full sense of freedom. Located at the top of a small group of just six units, this residence offers ultimate tranquillity and privacy. Spectacular views of the mountains and golf course are to be had. At the same time, hole no. 1 is only 200m away, together with the entrance to the resort, which offers a range of convenient facilities (mini market, club house, pro-shop, reception, taxi-rank, recycling facilities, etc.).
A wicker ceiling allows through partial light, protecting you from the full might of the sun's rays during the day, making this the perfect place for a relaxing read or chat over a couple of drinks. The exclusive high-quality German KETTAL brand of furniture is just one example of the efforts the owners have gone to, to ensure maximum luxury and comfort for all guests. A private heated seawater pool is provided, while the nearest beaches are only five minutes away by car.
This exclusive kitchen, situated next to the living room, is fitted to the highest standards and contains all the necessary household appliances: toaster, coffee machine, kettle, blender, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.

Freshly decorated with high quality furniture on a marble floor, with patio doors, which open out to the scenic landscape, this room offers a great sense of space and freedom. Not lacking in entertainment, appliances include a large satellite plasma TV, DVD-player and high-powered speakers with IPOD docking-station. The dining table, which seats up to eight people is within easy reach of the kitchen. In addition to cooking, take-away and delivery services are provided by the clubhouse restaurant, just 200m away.

With en-suite bathroom, large wardrobes, a safe, air-conditioning (provided in all rooms) and large patio doors with direct access to the garden, this bedroom has been designed to offer the highest standard of peace and tranquillity. Two other large bedrooms are situated on the floor above and share a bathroom of the same specification.

Further Information:
Fresh bread delivery every morning included in the price. WEEKLY cleaning service + bed linen / towels change included. An extra additional cleaning has a rate of 20 .- /hour. Animals on request, at the moment of your inquiry. All our Villas are inside strictly NON SMOKING. Please, respect the future clients. For this pleasure, all the Villas have wonderful and wide terraces, where you will be able to enjoy smoking. SHERATON HOTEL VIP Card: Benefit from the privileged access to the hotel´s pools and other facilities including fitness centre with towels, changing rooms, and the use of the Sheraton Beach House. Bus seats on request at the reception. Daily Price: 10.- per person. Minors under 7years 5.- daily. Minors under 4 years, no charge.
