This villa is modern, spacious and built using the highest quality materials. This bungalow-style building has an area of 115m2 on a plot of 380m2 and consists of a large living room with terrace overlooking a magnificent garden, three double bedrooms with large wardrobes, two bathrooms, a dining area, an open-plan kitchen with all appliances, parking facilitie and a great pool of 8m x 4m.
From the lounge, you enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the terrace garden, with the golf course and mountains in the background. This is the ideal place of to enjoy the peace, tranquillity and intimacy this place has to offer.
Overview of the hall and part of the terrace. Very comfortable, with design and decoration that convey openness and beauty. Included are a satellite LCD TV and IPOD docking station.
The broad terrace with direct access from the living room has a table for 8 diners and sofas, and is the ideal place for relaxing with family and friends, especially after a round of golf. The high quality designer furniture adds to the cosy atmosphere of this terrace.

Five minutes walk to the Hotel Sheraton Salobre Golf and SPA - 15 minutes walk to the clubhouse restaurant ( Casa Club ), to the minimarket and Hole n º 1. - Only 10 minutes drive to main beaches (Maspalomas, Amadores, Playa del Inglés and Puerto Rico). .

Fresh bread delivery every morning included in the price. Animals on request, at the moment of your inquiry. All our Villas are inside strictly NON SMOKING. Please, respect the future clients. For this pleasure, all the Villas have wonderful and wide terraces, where you will be able to enjoy smoking. SHERATON HOTEL VIP Card: Benefit from the privileged access to the hotel´s pools and other facilities including fitness centre, towels, changing rooms, parking and the use of the Sheraton Beach House. Bus seats on request at the reception. Daily Price: 10.- per person. Minors under 7 years 5.- daily. Minors under 4 years old, no charge. .
