This residence is a modern spacious bungalow-style villa, featuring a beautiful garden and a large heated pool.
The interior offers maximum comfort in a cosy atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday experience. The décor consists of warm colours and a style chosen with great care. The living room, dining room and kitchen, all benefiting from direct access to the fantastic terrace, give an air of openness and freedom. The open-plan rooms with large windows allowing in plenty of light, convey joy and optimism.
The pleasurable feeling of relaxation offered by thus comfortable villa and its intimate surroundings will make your vacation an unforgettable experience. One of the biggest attractions is the large terrace, which has plenty of room to relax on the sofas and enjoy the spectacular views in pleasant company. This is also the perfect place for outdoor dining.

Really comfortable, modern, functional and spacious with outdoor access, this kitchen is designed to make you feel right at home. The main bedroom. Two of the bedrooms in this beautiful villa have direct access to the garden and pool area. Air conditioning, heating, wardrobes and a safe are included in all bedrooms. The two bathrooms have wide and comfortable showers with convenient and functional access.
Here you can see the heated seawater pool, without chemical additives, a place where you can enjoy privacy in a particularly quiet area. However, only five minutes drive away is the centre of Maspamolas, with all its attractions (many shops and modern shopping malls, bars and clubs, fine restaurants, etc.).

Plasma TV with international channels. Private parking. Between the months October and April the 8 x 3.5 m length, and 1.40 m deep heated pool ( 25º to 26º ) is included in the price. Internet / Wii, is available through a Vodaphon modem, and also included. .

Fresh bread delivery every morning included in the price. Animals on request, at the moment of your inquiry. All our Villas are inside strictly NON SMOKING. Please, respect the future clients. For this pleasure, all the Villas have wonderful and wide terraces, where you will be able to enjoy smoking. SHERATON HOTEL VIP Card: Benefit from the privileged access to the hotel´s pools and other facilities including fitness centre, towels, changing rooms, parking and the use of the Sheraton Beach House. Bus seats on request at the reception. Daily Price: 10.- per person. Minors under 7 years 5.- daily. Minors under 4 years old, no charge. .
