Single-floor villa, situated on a plot of 300m2, with a magnificent swimming pool. The villa consists of a lounge/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, utility room, parking facilities and a beautiful garden. Recently built using the highest quality materials, air-conditioning is provided in all rooms. The villa is situated in a natural space with stunning views of Salobre Golf, the mountains and Maspalomas dunes, enabling you to enjoy your holiday in an environment of peace and tranquillity.
The magnificent terrace, with a dining table for 6-8 people is a great place to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets of the south of Gran Canaria.
Spacious modern lounge, with 32" LCD TV, natural stone walls, air-conditioning and large patio doors, allowing in plenty of natural light.
Kitchen of the highest quality, equipped with all the domestic appliances necessary to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay: dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and outdoor washing machine and dryer.
The villa, of modern design, is spacious throughout and well-integrated into the environment. There are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, as well as a separate dressing room for the master bedroom.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a large shower unit and are designed for comfort and practicality.

Further Information:
Fresh bread delivery every morning included in the price. WEEKLY cleaning service + bed linen / towels change included. An extra additional cleaning has a rate of 20 .- /hour. Animals on request, at the moment of your inquiry. All our Villas are inside strictly NON SMOKING. Please, respect the future clients. For this pleasure, all the Villas have wonderful and wide terraces, where you will be able to enjoy smoking. SHERATON HOTEL VIP Card: Benefit from the privileged access to the hotel´s pools and other facilities including fitness centre with towels, changing rooms, and the use of the Sheraton Beach House. Bus seats on request at the reception. Daily Price: 10.- per person. Minors under 7 years 5.- daily. Minors under 4 years, no charge. .
