SpeciaLodges.com, a careful selection of villas for rent, where you can enjoy the feelings of superb relaxation and comfort at one of our most exclusive resorts in Gran Canaria.
A spectacular and exclusive single-floor villa situated on a plot of 1000m2, with a floor area of 250m2. Direct access and private car access are provided through the same gateway to the house. This very special villa has a number of features that undoubtedly offer a touch of distinction for our more demanding customers. From Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 12:00, a butler is provided, who takes care of cleaning and any requests you may have. A golf buggy for up to 6 people is also provided for short journeys within the resort (not authorised for under-18s). The price of this villa includes all of these services.
Here we can take a look at the lounge/dining area inside the house. Built with the finest materials, this hospitable and modern environment is full of natural light and colour, making this the perfect dream home.
Modern designer open-plan kitchen, fully integrated with the dining room and lounge area. Designed with good taste and functionality in mind, much attention to detail has been given with great care taken, not to miss anything out. Witness the grandeur and luxury of the master bedroom with a King-size bed and the most exquisite decoration. Each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV, air-conditioning, heating and large wardrobes.
The spectacular pool and panoramic views speak for themselves. The villa is just across the road from the golf course. No stone has been left unturned during the construction of this beautiful architectural jewel. There are two private pools a main pool and a children´s pool. Hi-Fi equipment is included on the main terrace and in all bedrooms. This is without doubt one of the best villas in the resort, providing excellent value for money: a dream within your grasp.

- The villa is equipped with an air - conditioning / heating system, plasma TV, DVD, international channels and private parking with direct access to the villa and the garden. .
Exteriors:
Included at the price is a six-seated buggy to drive around the resort. (Not usable on the golf course). The use of minors under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. The big pool ( about 10 x 4 ), will be heated at winter times, (October, incl. April ). Also installed is a separate swimming pool for small kids. Jacuzzi.
Distances:
200 meters to hole n º 1, and to the clubhouse / restaurant ( Casa Club), also to the pro - shop, the minimarket and the taxi rank. There is a distance of. 600 meters (4 minutes walking) to the Sheraton Salobre Golf and SPA HOTEL. 10 minutes by car to the MASPALOMAS beach, Amadores beach and Puerto Rico, also to Playa del Ingles. 30 minutes (35 km) by car to the Airport. .

Fresh bread delivery every morning included in the price. Animals on request, at the moment of your inquiry. All our Villas are inside strictly NON SMOKING. Please, respect the future clients. For this pleasure, all the Villas have wonderful and wide terraces, where you will be able to enjoy smoking. This Villa includes the particularity of a " BUTLER / Household - Service " . From Monday incl. Friday from 8:30 to12:00, he will take care of your garden, pool, and the cleanness of your villa. SHERATON HOTEL VIP Card: Benefit from the privileged access to the hotel´s pools and other facilities including fitness centre, towels, changing rooms, parking and the use of the Sheraton Beach House. Bus seats on request at the reception. Daily Price: 10.- per person. Minors under 7 years 5.- daily. Minors under 4 years old, no charge. .
