SpeciaLodges.com, a careful selection of villas for rent, where you can enjoy the feelings of superb relaxation and comfort at one of our most exclusive resorts in Gran Canaria.
This villa is located in the south of the island in the exclusive "Salobre Golf Resort", 300m above sea level and 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Maspalomas. The complex is situated in a natural setting and affords spectacular views of the 18-hole golf course and the surrounding mountains. The exterior of the villa includes a pool area, protected by a stone wall in the centre of a grass lawn with sun loungers, offering a wonderful atmosphere of privacy. The villa is bright and spacious, consisting of a living room, two bedrooms, two baths, a dining room, kitchen and a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining area.
The complex is able to accommodate up to four people, plus baby, and is ideal for families and friends. There are beautiful beaches and numerous places for shopping and entertainment nearby. There is a magnificent outdoor area with quality sofas, a very comfortable and pleasant environment for reading, together with a dining area for those memorable evenings.
The complex has a modern design and architecture, built using high-quality materials, with bright rooms, rich in detail, providing a great sense of tranquillity. The living room has two modern and comfortable sofas offering complete comfort, together with a flat screen satellite TV and DVD-player. The air-conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the building at all times. The natural colours and warm décor give the house a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. From the living room, there is access to the outside via a patio door.
The large kitchen/dining area is decorated in a light and pleasant modern style and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hotplate, fridge, coffee maker, blender and toaster.
The bathrooms are fitted out in great detail, with warm colours and feature a large shower and digital weighing scales.
The villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate dressing room has wonderful views and direct access to the pool. The design and bedding of the bedrooms are of superb quality and design.
