The exterior of the villa includes a pool area, protected by a stone wall in the centre of a grass lawn with sun loungers, offering a wonderful atmosphere of privacy. The villa is bright and spacious, consisting of a living room, two bedrooms, two baths, a dining room, kitchen and a sun terrace with outdoor lounges.
The interior is very special and unique designed. The modern and fresh atmosphere of this villa you will find in the whole house. Here you see the living area and in the background of it there is the kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a kind of glass cage. It takes the smells away but not the view. .
This amply and full equipped kitchen has got everything you need for preparing a healthy and tasty meal. For the moments of total relax you also can eat in gourmet restaurants or order the food a la carte directly to your house.
Two comfortable bedrooms let you sleep and dream very well. You will feel like at home. This bedroom has an easy access to the terrace and garden. Fantastic views will rock you to sleep. Big wardrobe and a safe complete this modern style bedroom. .
The pointed view to the lounge of the living area shows again the great design of this property. Enjoy the relaxing TV evenings or just good conversations in the modern and comfortable sofas. Modern technique and air-condition makes this stay more pleasant. This very special house is made for very special people. .
Terrace, sun lounges, garden and pool: the exterior of this nice little villa are perfect integrated to the architecture itself. Situated on one of the slopes of the Salobre Golf Course, the villa affords a magnificent view of the mountains and sea of south-west Gran Canaria. The surroundings are ideal for enjoying the silence, broken only by occasional birdsong.

Fresh bread delivery every morning included in the price. Animals on request, at the moment of your inquiry. All our Villas are inside strictly NON SMOKING. Please, respect the future clients. For this pleasure, all the Villas have wonderful and wide terraces, where you will be able to enjoy smoking. SHERATON HOTEL VIP Card: Benefit from the privileged access to the hotel´s pools and other facilities including fitness centre, towels, changing rooms, parking and the use of the Sheraton Beach House. Bus seats on request at the reception. Daily Price: 10.- per person. Minors under 7 years 5.- daily. Minors under 4 years old, no charge. .
